zim bling

following London's lead, Sydney restaurants are now offering water menus off which diners can 'explore mineral contents and carbonations' while being steered towards appropriate accompanying dishes. prices range from $20 to $100 litre. water, according to a Guardian columnist, is on its way from commodity to product. and we are on our way to hell..

Continuing on the theme of the value of water.. Just saw the eco-toon "lungfish at the fishlift" in the latest Ecc-news. It is brilliant.
Thank-you.
